From what I've managed to get out of him, MoP is Jamaican British, living in the UK.  The Jamaican British people I know don't have problems writing or understanding English so I don't think you have to pussyfoot around him for fear of being culturally insensitive.  He says he's not dyslexic either.

He recently said he only smokes weed, never DMT, contradicting when he said he was a DMT shaman.  So I haven't got a clue what's going on with him now.  Personally, I think he's just stoned out of his mind.

And for anyone who doesn't know him yet, the language isn't the problem here, it's nobodies fault if they can't spell or whatever, so it's not elitism, it's just that he's still making all these pointless posts despite having being told to cut it out enough times, and that is annoying some people.  Not me personally though, he's fine by me when he's not quadruple-posting.
