Hey everyone,
I would like to address a question to the more experienced voyagers in this community regarding the integration of intense experiences and subsequent administration of the spice.
I have recently been struggling with a multitude of questions that have arisen following my most recent experience with DMT. I have found that I am beginning to look inwards more and more on a daily basis in situations where normally I would not do so. An example of this would be analyzing negative emotions as they surface. By this I mean identifying exactly what I am feeling, what prompted the emotion, what are the consequences if I continue in this state of negativity, how I can look at the situation in a more positive light now and in the future, and the benifits associated with doing this. This inevitably leads to more questions such as "Who is the me experiencing the emotion?" and "Why am I (whatever 'I' is) affected by this situation?". Of course I have many other questions, and this leads us to my reason for asking for advice.
Question 1: Integration period and re-entry into hyperspace.
I am desperatly searching to understand exactly what happened during my experience, and have been plying through countless books, articles, and forum posts on subjects such as shamanism, quantum physics, philosophy, etc. I believe that my experience had a purpose, and this was to allow me to accept unconditionally that time is relative to the observer. I must emphasize however that I am in no way positive that this was the lesson, and I am experiencing some fear (ableit managable I believe) at the thought of going back in. How then do I know when I have integrated an experience and am ready to re-enter hyperspace? Are there any dangers associated with premature re-entry having not fully comprehended what happened?
Question 2: Possible existance of negative entites or "Evil Spirits".
My second question regards various ideas that I have been reading over in what I must say are more "esoteric" sources, more specifically Shamanism. It seems to be the general understanding that when transversing the upper/lower realms there are both good and evil spirits. I would like to know your opinions on whether this is the case and whether these "spirits" can actually hurt you in any way. If this is the general concensus (and the prospect has me second guessing whether I should go back in without some more research, to say the least) would some of you be so kind as to point me in the direction of some material detailing how to defend yourself against these spirits, or as some have termed them "negative entities". How does this theory relate to the idea of surrendering to the experience?
