So I finished the questionnaire. I had started it a whiiiilleeee back and 2/3 of the way through, I had aborted the procedure, what I mean but that is I didn't realize it could be completed in several goes, so started rushing through, at one point I even put N/A aka Not applicable as one of the answers :? Eventually I figured out it could be done in several goes. Derp de derp derp. If I could go back and update a lot of those answers, I would but there doesn't seem to be a way to do so. Alas, for better or worse, it's complete.
