Happen to be reading C.T again after 35 years. I agree, it is must reading for those of us with any interest in expanded consciousness. I would also recommend the Illuminatus Trilogy.

I've recommended Prometheus Rising many times. I remember once a loong way back now, after a long discourse about faith and god and consciousness, having given my copy to my uncle who was in the process of stepping out of Mormonism into Christianity at the time.. hee hee.

If you enjoyed prometheus rising you will probably find this book very interesting, as it indirectly expands on the nature of the left/right hemispheres, altered states/psychedelics, and a lot more.
