Repairing meat vehicles

Wow! This plant seems amazing from this scientific article I'm reading!!!
Sananga anyone? Some suggest if can even reverse blindness.

Worthy of deep diving into the data available on this lovely plant.
Even has iboga alkaloids. The whole Tabernaemontana family does actually. (sananga made from leaves of that family). ~!!!
It seems like a very powerful plant at first glance.... ! Thank you so much!

Hi Traged, pardon me for failing to respond more personally to your thread. Online interactions are funny aren't they? "Sananga anyone"?! As if I'm some random voice butting into people's conversation without a proper greeting. :D

Anyways, I hope that you are able to find the healing of your, as you call, meatsuit in this lifetime. Some great conversation in here. I initially could personally relate to your share though have less relatability at this point pertaining to my beloved eyeballs. I do have some floaters which are worsening which I've heard are fungal related. Though I do relate in other ways about needing to apply serious care to my temple at this time.

I have administered sananga to a few elderly folks with good results. Some go on to suggest that after a single dose they receive instant short term benefits/relief. Through continued working is where the medicine can aide in the reversal of more serious conditions in my understanding.

It's a very painful reaction in the eyes comparable to level 10 burning upon your eyes. No joke, it's severe. Though rest assured it only lasts 120 seconds or so which then goes on to yield a very sweet meditative state potentially attributed to the hypothesized iboga alkaloids in it.

Treating serious conditions may necessitate a daily or every other day absorption. I do not recommend buying it from just anywhere persay as potency can vary as can harvesting practices.

Hope this might help! Take care

Greetings Serenity. Yes it is said it has iboga alkaloids however in my research it hasn't been confirmed though I too understand Syrian Rue has an alkaloid identical to an alkaloid found in iboga so I wouldn't at all be surprised if Sananga is similar.

It is powerful and has benefits beyond aiding in restoring/improving vision. It alone has been a potent plant teacher for working through emotions. A great ''reset'' which is short duration and largely non-psychoactive. You're welcome!

It would be great to know what article that is - link?
I probably can’t go back and find it, but I think it’s generally well covered if you start with a science article about
-Sananga(cultural medicinal blend name) pharmacology
Or just wiki search, or otherwise look up the
-Tabernaemontana(science genius name) family of plants
Or also search the scientific research we’ve done aggregating plants with the molecule ibogaine (& is MASSIVE family of metabolites!! Which are very active!) present

The Sananga medicinal blend has special preparation, administration, and selections of constituent plants though, which can very critically influence what exactly and how of the administration! It apparently also has some other very uniquely Strong healing properties as far as inflammation treatment or other things, indicating it might me a plant with very powerful healing potentials. Been under my radar! I need to read that psychedelic plants encyclopedia sometime😄

I am a little tipsy rn, so pleade excuse my run-on-ramble :))
I hope this helps some! Sorry I can’t point out a specific article! :))

There’s a ton of “medical” data in this thread totally lacking any sources to back it all up. Just saying, if people can’t even link a source to these opinions then that’s all that they are, and I would be skeptical.

That is a valid point. We particularly wouldn't want people inadvertently falling prey to a 69ron-style sananga-pushing operation.

More rigour, please!

Btw…I try to follow something like Paul Saladinos diet as well and it works the best for myself to help deal with ankylosing spondylitis/colitis, with the addition of meds when required(both herbs and prescription).

I tried all the diets I could find including Carnivora, vegan, raw vegan etc and I just flair the least on his version of a diet. Finding a good functional medicine dr who is open to working with your family dr/ specialist was a really big help. The internet is really full of conflicting opinions and ultimately that can lead to a lot of trial and error so I wish you luck!

Regarding science I respect it.

Kambo has received so much study due to its peptides.

S. Rue has also seemingly received quite a bit of focus.

Sananga... Not so much?

I will do muscle test with family member (One Brain® Kinesiology) for Sananga. I have read about it (not deep enough tho), couldn't find studies. Anything I would find would be anecdotal.

By the way, I didn't read so many of these wonderful posts. Saturday I have just ended Psilohuasca journey, and guess I missed entire second page 🫣 I will do report on my Journey. I asked, made inquiry or whatever. It felt/ I felt I am on the right path.

I will do muscle test with family member (One Brain® Kinesiology) for Sananga. - I think I know the outcome of that even without doing it. But will do it anyway.

I bought the Sananga (test showed 80% possitive result)

I have been using it more than two weeks. Something is happening - but changes will have to be measured by ophthalmologist. On some level I hope, but also I am in strong belief that it should be better - while I cant see better - even if changes to improve are maid - because alignment with the glasses will be off...

Last few days I felt my eyes were less dry in the morning.

Pain with Sananga changes, some days are way worse than others.

Will update again, soon.

My experience of both yoga assana and pranayama has been profound in healing both physical injuries, as well as helping my consciousness.
If it resonates, then this pranayama would seem to have benefits.

My wife asked for a "vibration plate" for Xmas. I'd never heard of them before, but was happy to order something she actually wanted.

Well, after a couple of weeks using it I'm very impressed by how good I feel. (You stand on it as it vibrates) The vibrations run up through your legs, shaking all the way up into your chest. It obviously shakes the joints & muscles, but it also increases the circulation & flow of blood & oxygen. I'd been congested for a very long time and using the vibration plate has really helped with my breathing. The vibrations also have helped with poor digestion. My BMs have improved also. It's also been going for improving & exercising my balance. It feels like riding a skateboard over a rough surface for 15-20 minutes. (The vibration speed adjusts from 1-99. Low settings feel physical and high speeds feel almost "electrical".)

Overall, I feel rejuvenated after using this contraption. I'm a 60-year-old slender guy, 6' tall, and about 170 lbs. I feel the vibration plate would likely be even more beneficial for heavier, older, and weaker folks. (But, it warns against use if you have a pacemaker or heart conditions.) Even if you're young and in good shape I think the vibration effects would still be beneficial and feel good.

If you've never tried a Vibration Plate I highly recommend trying it.

Oh, and NASA uses them! (y)

Well, I remember seeing years before NASA or someone looking into vibrations. They tested it on turkeys first :ROFLMAO: ... found out it increases bone density. Similar thing was happening with tenis players... vibrations caused stronger bones, which caused even weight loss - if I remember correctly.

You basically exercise muscles for stabilization of the body.

Why don't we change the title of this thread to something a bit more... appreciative and respectful?? 🙏😂❣️ since, this body is much more than a 'meat vehicle'...
