Restoring/Replanting a dead salvia plant

Take a look at this salvia plant:

It does not produce any leaves anymore.
There is one branch that is green, but it is attached to the brown one.

Is there any way to restore or replant it?

Maybe i can cut pieces of the green one and replant it?

I would try to make a cutting salvia roots very easily so you may get lucky and save her! Cup full of water under some kind of humidity dome with fingers crossed lol
