someone said they could stay longer by asking the entities to explain it again and explain it another way, thus having the trip last longer.

That's interesting because they never seem to explain anything to me:lol:

That being said there are surprises that will occur no matter how careful you are.
It comes with the territiry, one must accept an ocassional ass wooping.

I've seen a seasoned explorer completely floored by a small puff on a Vapour Genie, he was out for 20 mins and it took him half an hour before he could recognise any of us or knew who he was.... No trip as such - just a kind of oblivion. And this was a small toke... Definitely no more than 10mg!!

I once went for a journey with approx. 150-200mg (not on purpose) and had my ass handed to me. Lived my life over and over again from birth to lighting that bong, saw myself on the arms of my missus while she was screaming at me and then I was brought back to this reality by a spectral paramedic holding his hand out to me.

Took me months to figure out which reality I really reside in and I was scared to death to enter the hyperspace for a long time.

But anyways, that journey has been the most rewarding and life turning of them all and the fear of new journeys has subsided slowly, time heals all

May I ask, was he seasoned psychonaut but somewhat new to DMT?
