Should I reuse my DMT-containing 6 months old naphta that was exposed to temperature fluctuations?

Migrated topic.

Hi everyone!

I extracted some DMT in July of 2021 from some Mimosa Hostilis using Lazyman's tek and have some left over naphta in a jar that I'm pretty sure still contains DMT. In fact, I still have some naphta inside the bottle with NaOH and the bark. Both are in well-sealed jars in my garage where they might have received very small amounts of sunlight each day during sunrise.

My question is, am I better off just throwing it all out and starting anew? What happens to DMT when left in naphta in this manner, exposed to temperature changes, etc. for 6 months? Does it degrade into less desirable aubstances?

Thanks a lot!

Thanks so much for replying!

I have never done any teks other than Lazyman's and I don't have access to acid and don't even know what kind of salts to use so I was thinking of using the naphta that contains the DMT to do a few more pulls since it's already slightly saturated. Do you think that's not a good idea or will it work fine?

Yes you can still use the Naphtha for pulls. The acetic acid the majority of us use is plain otc 5% acidity distilled white vinegar, works like a charm and you can freebase it with Sodium Carbonate which is baking soda cooked on a pan in the oven at 450*F for 30 minutes.
