Those are some sezzy crystals...what was yield %?

I actually didn't even weigh the yield, though I'm strongly inclined to think it was around 90% of 12.5 bottles, or ~4g.

Be very careful with plastic bags and naptha people..I think alot of plastic bags are soluble in naptha, not 100% sure though.

Glass jars could be used to shake and mix, what would you recommend for separating the naptha? Decanting from the glass jar, maybe? I'm eager to learn and always willing to improve any technique

I always double decant. Use a syringe and pick it up the naptha. easy peezy, and glass is super quick to clean.
