Hi all,
I am running ahead of myself because I will be trying my first extraction in July at the earliest, but upon trying to fall asleep and failing to I had an idea for a possibly easy but effective vaping method.
I have drawn the idea in an unintentionally comically bad way, see pics 1 & 2.
To explain: The idea is to add a very simple construction to a meth pipe that would minimize the risk of DMT burning due to the glass overheating.
1) on the pic depicts a construction that would consist of stainless steel thread.
2) depicts a stainless steel bong screen that would be folded into a kind of conical shape.
The conical screen would then be folded over the circle of stainless steel thread with the outer edges, see 3).
At the bottom of the of screen cone, of course, one would insert one's desired dose of DMT.
3) would then be inserted into the opening at the top of the meth pipe, with the curvilinear steel threads keeping it in place, see 4) on the pic. The cone would hover at the bottom of the bulb, close to the heat, but without touching it (which distance is depicted by the red arrows <-> in pic 2).
This would theoretically reduce the risk of the DMT overheating and burning. With experimentation, one could easily adjust the distance between the glass and the screen cone to attain maximally effective vaporization.
Unless someone points out a reason why this would definitely not work (well), I will probably try this in the future. But obviously, feel free to beat me to the punch and if so please do report your results!
