Smoking dmt while tired and effects on an older guy 😀

I'm always tired when I get the chance to smoke dmt. Either from work or just an active day. At 50 I dont have much down time or alone time. What's your experience smoking at the end of a tiring day? Keep you up? Put you down? I've tripped about 7 beautiful times but have waited months for the right time. But is there a right time other than being in a good head space? Some of the times didnt effect my body just great visuals. Other times I felt locked in a coma. Once my ears got really hot like I was super nervous or embarrassed. All from same batch. I'm assuming all this was due to my physical condition at the time.so right now I'm really wanting to trip but I'm tired when I get the chance. Noone really talks about body effects only the visual experience. Im just getting old I guess but I never even heard of dmt until a few years ago.

If your only 50 .. and feeling ok ... technicly..your still young...dont worry about it..just get more sleep and exercise regularly ... just dont indulge if you have a serious health problem ...

All good far as health! I think about it all day at work but by the time I get a chance to relax I'm tired. Just was wondering if it would make things less enjoyable. I guess like most I'm half afraid of it in the first place even though I've had no bad experience. As enjoyable as it's been it's still hard for me to talk myself into it 😀

I find the longer I go without sleep the deeper and more coherent
my psychedelic experiences become (if im eating a lot of raw plants/fruit). The ego has weak batteries and when you're tired its ability to maintain control is weakened. But it can make it a little more difficult initially, until you let go.

in my 30s, and stopping in to say-- when i smoalk dmt and am significantly tired... I am prone to completely falling asleep upon intake.

I work pretty intense manual labor 5 days a week. If I decide to partake after a tiresome day I often wake up with a pipe and lighter in my hand a few hours later! Usually no recollection of any kind of trip to boot. Not especially exciting or fulfilling.
