What are you asking exactly, is the afterlife experience, if there some type of life after death, just a trip?

I thats the case Id say its not possible. To trip you need a brain and if your dead so is the brain hence nothing to have a psychedelic exp aka a trip.

Ive had the distinct feeling many times that hyperspace is the place we go when we die physically here on earth. I felt like my soul was eternal and indestructible. Of course i have no firm facts as to whether this is really the case but it sure did feel like it at the time

Id agree with this. Out of all the substances I have taken including ayahasuca, the place I go with changa or vaped dmt has always felt familiar, like part of my consciousness has been there before. It feels like if their is such thing as God or God's, it resides there.
I also have nothing to base this feeling on but its always been there, present.

Yeah exactly...i mean this place, the beings...the shit thats going on there with the 3 dimentional patterns the detail the way it moves . . you look about its infinite what ever way u look...pyramids shapes its a place... the beings ...whaaaat the fuuuck are they.. they put a hat on me i followed them down stairs to a pitch black room with arms and legs everywhere...like bodies of the beings everything was legs and arms black every where all reaching they came closer i had to slump against the stairs my friend put her hand on my shoulder for comfort i said to her "dude theres one on the left" it sort of slowly and gracefully twisted towards me put a black thing on my head and twisted off again...i stood up like what the fuuuuck is going on in my head the pattern i saw that was the sky there was a blue like how i can only describe a blue snake goddess... in a sort of strange position turning... twisting arms legs,,, sort of revolving majestically....i look down i can see a whole place of pyramids, Shapes, Moving Patterns that i cannot explain... ive never seen anything like that what i saw... but it did feel so familiar and comforting to see... the pattern in the sky blue and yellow started to reach toward me....moving, changing then it morphed into a being who is now wearing the pattern as a suit with weird long hair some sort of strange visor like glasses and a sort of strange top hat that they placed on me....it had a fucking glass crystal like guitar that had lights shooting from it as it spun around in front of him i reached up towards him as it began to reach out to me......Then Whoooosh Gone.. i open my eyes im down stairs leaning up against a refridgerator and my mates laughing his socks off..... fuckin Awesome Tripping To ACDC lol

From all the psychedelics I've tried I would say its just one hell of a trip and nothing more. When I took psilocybin many years ago I had forgotten I had taken them and thought I was in the afterlife somehow. Then with ketamin, k-holeing was the most tranquil and peaceful trip ever, flying through a space/time with black and white lights similar to scenes from Tron. I thought this was afterlife for many years. Then a dental surgery meant I was knocked out on intravenous general anesthetic, again very peaceful and tranquil but came out not remembering a thing.

My guess is the afterlife would just be like the general anesthetic experience, peaceful but you won't remember it or be consciously there. Mostly I think we've all been there before, in the before-life, shortly being blasted out of dads urethra. :thumb_up:

If you ask me, all the feelings we feel have an in life purpose. I feel hungry because i need to feed to sustain myself. I feel scared of something is a self defense mechanism from my opinion. And when you induce a psychedelic molecule, that molecule will stimulate certain parts of the brain that cause us to feel. Depending the type of molecule we get in will give us different results. Some alter our hunger (smoking pot?) some alter our mindset/hapyness some alter our visual perception some cause us to see things that are not there, but the main point of this, these are all things that we in a way experience in our everyday life. I dont mean i am tripping every day but what i mean is i feel hungry, i hear voices, i see colors every day. When it comes to DMT (bear in mind that i wont be getting my first trip for another week so if anything is incorrect here it is because i lack experience) I keep hearing "your ego disappears" and all kinds of strange things but this one got my mind thinking. What in the world would in 'real' life cause ego death? It serves no particular survival purpose does it? And throughout my life i never really felt ego death. Did you? Maybe... Things like this are hard to conclude and it is only natural if you disagree with me so take no offence in any way for i came here merely to share my thoughts...

Basically that's the idea why i think DMT might be a molecule that plays the 'death' video in your brain...

A lot of people fear this eternally black nothingness notion of death...But nothingness isn't an experience..Theres no awareness to experience that. So its not like being locked in a black box for eternity, and is certainly not anything to worry about- if thats even what happens.

Its also interesting that whatever "you" were before being born, it definitely doesn't seem to have been all that bad and have caused much distress! Unless maybe you have a gloomy take on sarah silvermans view and end up contemplating how before birth you 'exploded out of your dads pee hole'

Anyways, I also get that feeling demented spoke of. Several times on ayahuasca and dmt i've had these fast-forward visual/mental downloads that take place during trance in a span of a few seconds, where its like i've glimpsed through time at some far flung eternal/hyperspatial future of humanity that is so beyond conceptual understanding its hard to even bring back or explain... But who knows whats going on there?

Before dying robert anton wilson had many speculations..one being that perhaps some of the ancients who spent thousands of years studying death were partially right in that your awareness dissolves back into the underlying matrix or fabric of the universe...and the cosmos basically becomes your body. I guess that'd be nice, and probably even a bit familiar to some of you dmt smoalkers

Just thinking of this subject ends up with my brain getting exhausted,but thinking about it if we lack a body there would be none of the impulses we are wired to daily neither the chemicals produces by our brain to experience any sort of euphoria/emotional reactions,so dissovling as a piece of hyperspace sounds like a valid theory,maybe that sheds alot of light into the activity in hyperspace during a dmt journey,the noises,prescences,beings( altered by time spent there free of the physical restraints this world holds)be it hormanal,instinct,ego etc etc.

if you are able to get a hold of it read the bardo thodol(Tibetan Book of The Dead)its a very nice read and maybe for someone with your particuliar curiosity might find value in it:thumb_up:its contents share on various phases you go through in the afterlife known as bardos

im usually bombarded with images during a trip but im sure along the lines i have,i can say though alot of these had various cultural themes to them Mexican/Greek/Roman and looking at DMT art i usually see some of those aswell so there might be some sort of calling from ancient cultures integrated along the lines,as old as DMT itself is i cant help but wonder if generation after generation adds to hyperspace leaving omething there to find for the next and so on and so forth.

When thinking about eternal life (aka the 'afterlife' for some), I tend to think about Einstein's relativistic universe.

Basically, space-time is one big multidimensional field. Everything that has or will happen is within it. We experience this field episodically, one moment at a time. But all moments always exist. So, that time you bruised your knee on the kitchen table has and will always exist-- it's eternal.

And that DMT trip you took is eternal, too.

Upon death, each of us (probably) loses the ability to experience reality one moment at a time, so each consciousness has places it will never go, just as your body has places it will never go. You don't say 'I am dead on the moon.' So it isn't fully accurate to say 'I will be dead in 200 years.' Death is non-being. It is just a section of space-time in which you don't exist.

So the after-life? There is no life after death because each life is eternal, just confined to specific areas of space-time.

So live well, my friend. The experiences you have are your afterlife. They will remain eternally, and they can be your playground or your prison, your heaven or your hell.

Its IMO impossible to say. Kind of like the chicken before the egg what came first? Do we see pyramids, and archways, and cathedrals because they are a common characteristic to the dmt exp, or do we see them because we have already seen them in non altered life?

I think there is a way to test this but it would mean finding a culture that has never seen these types of structures, nor paintings or indigenous sculptures of such things and introducing DMT or changa and listen to what they describe seeing. Even a blind person has felt these shapes or structures so they are not an accurate source either.

It would be fascinating to get some data on how much our pre-programmed minds affect the visuals we see. Id guess quite a bit but for me the other side of this coin is even more fascinating.
When I see shapes objects and beings that can not be conceived nor exist in 3 dimensional reality. This happens fairly frequently and Its my most favorite dmt exp. For instance seeing the front back and inside of an object all at the same time. Not like having multiple security screens or camera angles but this is how one actually see's in 4-d and higher.

Also seeing a being with the entire cosmos and consciousness being its structure. Now that statement makes little sense and its not really even possible to picture, but for me I have seen this same being with little tweeks here and there but more or less the same. This to me is what I refer to as the God Head. Everyone has their own meaning of that word that is mine.

I think this is the reason for my feelings about Hyperspace feeling familiar as well as if their are Gods and Goddess's or a God it feels like the place we visit on a breakthrough would be the place they/it reside. In much higher dimensions than the 3rd dimension.

From my work and why i consider myself a form of atheist is because what I've seen and been shown with DMT. That the things, if real, that people call God or Gods are just Highly highly evolved beings that in their history did at one time exist in a reality similar or possibly ours. The 3rd dimension. We call them God because we don't know what else to or even how to comprehend them. Just as if we were able to go back 15,000 years and visit humankind with an I-pad, we would most likely be considered a God out of sheer lack of words and in ability to comprehend such a tool. Now immagine if our species made it 1 million years into eveloving. I feel at some point shedding the material being would be the next step. Much as a fin became a leg, became a ambidexious appendage, perhaps our bodies would evelove as useless and we evolve to pure consciousness. Perhaps it isnt just death or dmt that would bring us to this place. This place we go to.

This has happened since the dawn of Human kind. Things that couldn't be explained were made up by explanations that could be. Gods, and devils fighting each day to explain the rising and setting of the sun, the stars in the night sky, earth quakes and other natural disatears ext. I see it being the same for us, we would be destined to repeat this same survival instinct without being shown its happening with something like a breakthrough with dmt.
