I found that with just a little MAOI, the visuals were more intense, and the psychedelic side was smoother yet more intense as well. I think since I've been through it before, it was not as big of a deal as the first time. Have to try more of the MAOI to see if I can push it past 15 mins. Though I'm low on DMT so will have to extract some more.
