This is all still new territory. Only a small handful of people have tried orally activating DMT with tetrahydroharmine (THH), most of them are probably on this forum.The lowest dose reported on this site was 80 mg of tetrahydroharmine HCl, it worked but wasn't quite enough. SWIM used 200 mg of tetrahydroharmine HCl and 20 mg of DMT and that seemed excessive, but works REALLY GOOD and was the best DMT experience SWIM ever had by far. Probably 120-150 of tetrahydroharmine HCl would be the right amount when taken orally with DMT.
