solids in liquid stoarge

I followed the Q21Q21 #1 tek, through the steps involving bark, vinegar, lime, a number of pulls using limonene, and finally vinegar to salt it out. I boiled the vinegar down to a about 35 ml, and dried out some drops getting about 30 mg of jimjam, which I tried out last night and it worked fine.

I was hoping to let the remainder stay in the reduced vinegar for about a week, for the right time for me and my friends get together. I now have solids forming in the solution. What should I make of this? Can I just filter it out with a coffee filter?
