Solvent-safe tape?

I can't find an example now, but I've read a few suggestions about taping a desicant packet under the lid of a solvent vessel, to help keep it anhydrous. In my experience, naphtha vapors can dissolve adhesive. Do people actually do the tape method and if so, which adhesives are compatible with non polar solvents / acetone?

Were these suggestions actually tried out by the person giving them? It sounds like something waiting to cause a problem. However, I do recall having seen some kind of container - most likely a biscuit tin/cookie jar - with a built-in space for dessicant inside the lid. To that end, you should be able to fashion a perforated metal disc to insert into the lid of your solvent container as a more secure means of holding dessicant. Thick aluminium foil should do the job.
