So a few more cakes of mine started pinning the other day! I woke up this morning in shock over this crazy pin set I have on this 4oz cake!

I harvested some early (damn my impatience) and have about 1.5g dried (theyre wet right now so I have 16.5g exactly of wet material) I also have three cakes crumbled and cased in verm to hopefully stimulate some bigger fruits. Tonight I'm going to lemon tek the 16.5g and smoke some changa

I find that if I get lots of smaller pins, it is usually down to temps being lower when fruiting, but I think smaller shrooms are slightly stronger so im not complaining.

I did some thai's not to long ago and it was a bit cold when fruiting which gave me more pins that I could count, see link

z-strain gave me an awesome pin set, though im flush out of them now (pardon the pun or giggle at it )
i always go wbs to straw, only thing i notice on lower temps is a slower growth or colonization. pins seem pretty even across the board for me. probably a lucky spore sample.

Hi there.

Yeah i don't usually notice smaller shrooms if the temp is lower, but them thais seemed to pin like crazy and produce smaller shrooms. Cambodians, golder teacher all seem to flush with similar sized shrooms regardless of temp, but the thais seemed to be produce tiny shrooms with the only thing being different was the temperature.

Lower temps certainly do slow growth, before I discovered incubation chambers, ive had cakes take over 6 weeks to fully colonize at below 65f.

I think im going to do a mexicana or even a pan cyans grow at some point in my life, Paul statements claims mexicana's are the most mysical / spiritual shrooms he has ever grown, so i gota try them at least once
