Some help appreciated

Hi fellow Nexians

A few weeks ago I had colossal breakthrough where I felt I was connected to the one, all of existence, purpose, life etc.

It was the most incredible ego destroying experience. Not long afterwards, my brain started questioning whether the experience really happened as I experienced it.

Now I find myself asking whether I had this experience because subconsciously I wanted this, or subconsciously already believed what I experienced to be the case.

Can I get some experienced (or not) trippers perspectives on this?

It is all the same if you think about it reality is the great cosmic joke (feels so real, but is very easy to break) and we are all in on it

"reality is the great cosmic joke".

Made me laugh, and brings confidence to my experience... Because ultimately, it taught me none of this is real.
