Sterilization

Hi there friends. I so this on a site

Beginners grow kit.Contents :

-1.3l vermiculite
-220g rice flour
-3 spawn bags
-3 plastic jars
-1 sterile glows
-1 sterile mouth mask
-1 spore syringe
-1 mushroom manual

And now my questions are, How do you sterilize this kind of grow kit? or Does anyone know what the context of that Manual is ?

Cause plastic jars ... don't go into pressure cooker or do they? Cause i don't have one
And wanted to know how else can u sterilize?

These simple beginners' grow kits often come pre-sterilized. If this one does not, the manual will most likely contain sterilization instructions.
