I've been following Gordotek's extraction. At times, upon completion, after drying, when I use a razor to collect the molecule from the pie plate, there is a white layer underneath that has a consistency of glue that is attached to the pie plate. It is even difficult to wash it off with soap and hot water.
I'm sure it is some impurity that also causes a harsh smoke when vaping that seems to want to run from the pipe and leaves a dark brown residue.
The strange part, is that the molecule I produce is always pure white, but mixed in, are scrapings of the sticky white substance underneath.
