One time, after getting the same feeling (just after regaining my self), and a distinct urge to cough I decided to satisfy this urge.
When I coughed to try to remove the feeling my vision was instantly completely white and it felt like an atom bomb exploded inside my body from where the feeling was.
Energy shot through every nerve in my body, then I fell to the ground.
The explosion lasted probably 5 seconds. After about 30s, I was able to stand up and have since been afraid to try to clear my throat like that.
Just an interesting experience I wanted to mention.
