Update. Since this wasn't anything full blown I won't post it in the experience portions of the forum.
I happened across the opportunity for a little bit of the funguy. Though it was a small amount, and the experience completely mellow, I think it was a great easement into these kind of experiences.
The awesome part is the following day stress evaporated. I don't know how long it will last, but this is probably the most unstressed day I have had in years. Much needed break.
