Dear all,

SWIM recently purchased Virola Theiodora resin and Syrian rue extract x10. SWIM plans to follow 69ron's sublingual method for the Virola resin, though would like advice on whether to use the peganum orally via a brue or to smoke it?

Any advice is appreciated,
