Nope. But I can buy a kilo of seeds for £20 that makes in the 10gram region and its fun to make. for me anyway...8)

Hmm, as a newly minted member of the Church of Harmala light, this looks purty cool. Being as pretty unskilled (al)chemist, extracting harmalas looks rather daunting to me, not to mention the lack of a kitchen.
Have to check this out.

I'm not advertising squat, in fact chances are its all BS, but these guys have coleus, datura, blue lotus, on and on e juices. Do your own search darnit:thumb_up:

There are some step by step teks. I had some major hiccups on my first attempts but when you succeed its really rewarding and knowledge you will have for life.
I am still a novice but managed to master this one :

(No kitchen is an issue but you could use a kitchen for the first part and finish the tek in your bedroom) (with the kitchen owners consent of course)

I just completed and tested my first harmala extraction.

Basic procedure:
acid boil powdered seeds x3
reduce
Filter, filter, filter
Basify with lye till no more colour change
settle
decant and filter, keeping solids
return to acid/vinegar hot water
filter keeping liquid
basify with sodium carbonate
settle and filter keeping solids
dry

I got 1.4g from 50g of seeds and it turned out very slightly off white coloured, light fluffy powder.
Made changa with it. Worked great

So the lye water goes right through the filter. Seems like you'd catch a bunch of excess that way

Well yes, even if you did catch some you will lose it in the next process of acidification.
This A/B can be repeated up to 3 times. Until your end base product is near white

The extraction is the same method as these ones:Harmalas Extraction and Separation Guide - DMT-Nexus Wiki and The Tao of Rue Extraction - DMT-Nexus Wiki

The only difference I made was I didn't find it necessary to do multiple A/B repeats, probably because I used a lot of liquid each process with only 50g of seeds thus diluting the impurities.

As for acetone, not very well actually. enough for my changa, but not as well as the DMT dissolved
