Syrian Rue Harmala, how much to take?

I just received a free 250 mg sample of Syrian Rue Harmala. How much would one take for the MAOI to take effect, and how would one take it?

This thread shows some of the normal dosages.

So for rue extracted alks, if you're wanting to do a pharma trip, you'd want to use all 250mg.

For sublingual, you'd only need about 25-40mg about 20min before launch.
