Like he said, that's crude freebase not HCL.... You can use it at this phase as a scalable 1:X extract... say you started with 100g of rue, and now you have 20g of extract, you now have Syrian Rue 5x extract... So you can dose it accordingly, assuming its 5x more potent... meaning if you wanted to take 3g of syrian rue... you would take (3/100) * (20) = 0.6g of your 5x extract
