SWIM decided to open a new topic on his experiment.
Here are the results of SWIMS experiment, in the dish to the left 6% acidity white wine vinager evaporated turned into toffe coloured goo and in the dish to the right a 5% glacial acetic acid solutiopn completely evaporated leaving no trace.20ml where used and there is no limonene , cactus nor heat involved.At least SWIM knows where goo is comming from.Probably not ALL vinagers will react the same but there are hundreds of brands and types that using vinager for SWIM is too much of a variable...But when using a vinager like this one(that produces goo) there would have to be considerations in the end product, like dosage weight for instance.
