as i faced a lot of barriers and pushbacks in my entire life I somehow was able to push through it.
i want to write down how i view things and handled all the pushpacks i experienced.
and I am also curious about how others handle or view such things.

the grind can be tiring, rough and stony.
it can be lonely or can get lonely.
but it is ok, grind so long till someone is sent to you to grind with.
you could encounter a lot of pushbacks, from yourself, from others and/or from situations.

use everything as fuel for your gring, everything!
use all the support, the successful collaborations, the help, the energy and motivation you receive from others and yourself.
use also all hinder, the unsuccessful collaborations, the discomfort, the hate, the envy, the drain you experience.
that way it gets a win-win.
but do not forget to appreciate for the help and support and to support others as they supported you.

reflect over the negativity with the intention to analyse, integrate and improve.
but do not waste too much time with the negativity.
do not get distracted by single events, by yourself or by others.
they say it is not possible or the odds are against it? prove them the difference.

do not be too sure about yourself but also not about others.
review your own thoughts and the thoughts of others and also validate them.

when times get hard remember what you achieved and be proud of it.
remember what pushed or thrived you there.
this will remind you of the light in times of darkness.

be serious about your time management but more importantly about your energy.
we need to recover in order to perform.
slow but persistent move is important.
beware of burnout.

think about what you want.
if it is too far away split the path into smaller grinds.
focus on one step at a time.
after completeing the smaller grinds you will probably find multiple and/or different paths to you final goal.
routes could unveil which you never could think about at first.

you do not know where to start?
it probably does not really matter.
it is important to start somewhere and to spend time with the topic.
i like to start with something easy.
a small snowball requires less energy in order to initially move it.
but it gets bigger over time.

you fall and fail?
that is good.
view it as an opportunity and learn from it.
try it so often till you do not fall anymore.
get comfortable with falling and failing but do not settle for a failure.
do not accept it but appreciate it.

do not be too critical with yourself.
although being self critical and having high expectations can be helpful.
but it can also be draining.

motivation is the fuel for the grind.
remember what motivated you and use it as a play-back for rough times.
i get a lot of motivation by animes and quotes for example.
when i feel drained then i watch or read some.
for example: the scene from one peace where zoro bought his sword is very motivating for me.
it showed his self assurance, his strong will and trust.
very epic move.
