Hope this is the right spot to post !!

The photo in this thread is a Taiwanese Acacia Confusa !

The reason I've posted this is because I wanted to show how the root

system is such a strong but delicate system in which I believe if trees had a heart and soul

the root system would be just that , and to me this would explain why all the magic is stored here , and it is here where

it soaks up all off Mother Natures and the earths wisdom and secrets until it is time to pass it along to the next waiting patiently for this beautiful gift !

I'm just in awe at how strong but delicate the roots appear to be , isn't nature such an impressive animal !!

nice photos and enjoyed your awe inspired perspective :) .. roots sure are beautiful. though you'll find most acacia's contain the magic in phyllodes, stem, branch and trunk bark ;).. not just the rootbark. also isn't it magical that from a single tiny seed, a beautiful pattern of roots sprout which eventually grow into such a majestic lifeform..

and i just thought i'd mention harvesting root bark with acacia is pointless when you can take material more sustainably with decent enough alkaloid yields.. so if your thinking of harvesting rootbark from that tree, I'd think again and try phyllodes or twigs first :)

No Im not planning on harvesting myself Acacian , this photo isn't mine I found it on the net , I just couldn't believe how complex the root system is , it reminds my of veins looking for the life blood of nature !!

If that blows your mind, grow some mushrooms and get a microscope, it'll keep ya busy for months.
