Does it glitch (regularly, at specific points, as if it was encoded like that) for other people?

Its really frustrating, because it seems to be a great video;

for example:


[Hallucinogens] All do the same thing, and that is: to rearrange your consiousness and show you that what you thought was [GLITCH].

Intensely frustrating.
