The Terence McKenna Omnibus 2012

Migrated topic.
It sounded like McKenna's voice was a bit lower than usual. Not the volume or anything. Just heard more of the low-end of his voice more it seemed. His voice seemed more grovelly than nasally.

I really like the series. However, I did think this one had more information that us McKenna devotees have heard many times before than the others in the series did. In other words, less new information. I liked the previous installments better, so I've been spoiled. It is amazing that they've found as much new material as they have.

There is a part of me (the part prone to wild speculation and flights of fantasy) that believes Terence did this on purpose somehow. How he did it I have no idea, but how ironic is it that he was raving about 2012 long before anyone else was and here we are listening to new words by him over a decade after his death in the year he predicted?

Somebody else can tell me if this has ever happened to them, but when I first listened to Terence I downloaded what I thought was everything ever recorded by him. I mean, this was dozens of hours of information and I went through it all, only to keep finding more as I went. I had what was called 'the complete Terence McKenna collection', which somehow wasn't complete because I've found at least a dozen more hours around the net of his works. He keeps popping up in my life, like so much so it's a little alarming.

I dunno, I have a strange connection to Terence. I've never heard anyone who spoke words that came directly from my own soul like he does, sometimes its like he's telling me things I can't call up in myself even though I know they are there, sort of like a mirror talking back at you. He outlines my thoughts better than I can think them.

Perhaps that's it.

With more than an hour of releases, we're halfway there with
The Terence Mckenna OmniBus release 6/12, so grok the upbeat as we
continue our adventure into the interesting life and ruminations of
Terence Mckenna, who once coined the phrase; "Find the others", which
we've taken seriously, so listen out for the signal we broadcast at
the end, an APB to your pineal informing you of what has to be done
in order to have fun and survive as a species.

Added to the High Def upgrade, musical mastering, special effects and
production values, the entire audio track is once again, thanks to
Ernie (Cybershaman) Vega, encoded with Structured Silence and should
have you believing that there is nothing else like this series out
there!

Big ups to the Headspace crew for another successful bomb-run!

Please support our efforts by visiting our site as often as you can;

We very much appreciate ALL of you!

Damn, weird how this whole synchronicity thing works...

Thank you brother!

It's a pleasure..what happened? do tell..

It just so happens that Terrence mentions some interesting POVs in this episode which perfectly overlap with my last few days rants. I'm saying it's weird how it works, because synchronicities always seem to occur when least expected. That hits the reset button for me each and every time. :)

I'm glad. To quote David Brin; "Thrive!"

Most importantly, I'd like to see him touch on what we can do about all these things, how we fight back.
It's a different sort of fight... Follow your heart, think for yourself and be happy. That's how you stick it to the man.

Schwann- are you the kind soul providing us with the gold. I swear its like Elfs cumming magic into your ears!

Thanks for your schweet response...yes, I am partly responsible, along with some other crazed personel, musical and pixel genii, and of course having TM around is always fun...
we look forward to reaching the apex of all knowledge by 12/12/12 as we'll have produced 12X 12:12:12 clips all resonating at 12Xspeed of light:)

Are you really part of the team putting this together? I poo-poo'd the whole thing until watching the videos when merging the threads. I was in tears, multiple times, throughout the episodes. Really great Work.

I hope you don't mind me merging them -- one thread with everything is much easier to locate a year or two from now.

Peace, Schwann Cybershama!

really enjoying these. is this terence's idea to do this after he passed? like these vidoes were saved until he died and are now being released, or are these just bits and clips that were unpopular before and are now being put together?

I know faith in other people is often treacherous, but this work speaks for itself in the echoes it creates in other people. There's more going on here than meets the naked aye...If you'd like to know more about me, or Headspace Studios, or the crew, you're welcome to go through the evolution of the thing here. though the real story goes back a bit further, and maybe some of it could be found by poking around here but standard diclaimers apply.

these are the legendary 'Lost Tapes', the best summary of Terence Mckenna's knowledge, or they will be by 12:12:12...the restoration of vintage betacam oxide tapes is a well known minefield for archivists...these tapes have never been seen before, except by myself...and even I am not exactly sure what's on them...if you want some mythmaking....
thanks for all the support, it would be cool if you would check in at the Cognition Factor site cinema, which is a cool place to view the movies in HD, and it'll in some small way help us finance this...
