THH doses

SWIM has never taken an MAOI and is unsure on what dosage to start at, and which method of ingestion is best.
SWIM would like to take some with spice eventually.

try using a 50 mg dose sublingually and see how it affects you

generally sublingually is most active, minus rectal but, thats not necessary IMHO

SWIM did 15mg sublingually and smoked 15mg DMT, and that was phenomenal. 50mg of THH would be on the high side for SWIM.

Thanks for the info. SWIM wants to find some pure thh. Or would caapi work fine too?

oh and, harmine harmaline and thh are all legal in the USA right?

yes they are all legal to buy...SWIM likes 15-20mg for sublingual dosage..and about 100mg THH with say..40mg harmaline to tone down the energy side of the THH..thats orally
