Time between hits / emesh not hitting second time

I recently assembled an Emesh and started trying it. Temperature control mode wouldn’t work, so I started using power mode. Last night, I fired up my Emesh on power mode at 13w and loaded it with 20mg. It worked amazing. I didn’t break through in the sense that I left the room, but I had intense visuals, and this fantastic sense is that it’s all true; there is more to our existence.

When I came back to normal, I decided to give it another go with 25mg. But this time nothing happened, well the trip started again, but it was very weak.

My product wasn’t immaculate. It had a yellow tinge, could this be a problem?

In between, I blasted it at 70w to clean it.

Should I wait longer to go again, or could it be a problem with my Emesh? Thanks!

I don’t know exactly what happened, in my experience it’s no problem to take dose after dose and reach a breakthrough level multiple times in one session. So I think it’s either that the dose melted through or down into the slot of the apparatus or that you are experiencing a blockage from hyperspace. The third thing is you got unlucky and that’s something that occasionally happens.

In other words try some more an see if the problem persist.

I don’t know exactly what happened, in my experience it’s no problem to take dose after dose and reach a breakthrough level multiple times in one session. So I think it’s either that the dose melted through or down into the slot of the apparatus or that you are experiencing a blockage from hyperspace. The third thing is you got unlucky and that’s something that occasionally happens.

In other words try some more an see if the problem persist.

Thanks! I’ll keep experimenting, good to know that it should keep working, at least I can rule that out, unless hyperspace has said enough for the night

Back in the day, it was commonly stated that DMT had a refractory period where it's not possible to launch again within about an hour of the previous journey. It seems likely that this may partially be the case, perhaps with some individuals experiencing a more rapid recovery of 'trippability' than others.

One hypothesis that springs to mind here is that it may have something to do with recovery of downstream glutamate stores, based on some other recent discussions in that direction. This might concievably account for variability both between and within individuals.

I’ve just had another look at my emesh and yes it had melted down through where the clamps are. Is there any way of avoiding this? Thanks!

Perhaps - it might be a more straightforward approach than attempting to boost endogenous glutamate levels
Looks like it was a simple case of misfire, though - Occam's razor wins again

Shape the mesh as an cup so when dripping occurs it drips to the center and not the sides.
