you should study different caresheet as they are a bit confusing. Like especially about lights or soil at times.
Crickets and cockroaches (live insects) are the most handy food it seems, dusted in calcium.
Can give a pinky from time to time too.
Bathing in stream water as they are very sensitive to pollution. especially water pollution and tap water seems unfit for most of them.
