Tried and true Aya recipe?

All acacia species vary both within themselves and between species. That's why getting to know your material is the most sensible choice, case in point with my confusa above. I'm glad I read your post as well the post by @northape because if I ever dose confusa again and have a more potent batch I'll be absolutely sent lol.
Hawaiian A. confusa is the strongest, but bark from Taiwan is not far behind. You're still going to get a mind-shattering result @5g with both.
I tend to see it as of similar strength to mimosa. It's just easier to relate to it that way safety-wise. However, everyone should test their material first, so it's wise to cook a batch and try about 1g on top of a harmala plant to know for sure. Better be safe than sorry. Mimosa could get altogether scary @5g and leave an unprepared soul with a good old psychological trauma. @blig-blug's threads are good because of his sane, sustainable approach. One can find many small hints about oral use there too ;)
High Rue/Caapi, low DMT Aya experiences can still be quite healing, especially if approached with that intent. So, another vote for titrating up your DMT plants slowly.
That's actually the way. Oral brews are Caapi & Rue foremost, and DMT is just an admixture there. After years of high DMT doses, I can say that you would get most of the healing from just harmala plants alone. DMT brings its own benefits, but it should be approached safely and with great care. It's easy to break your mind, but very difficult to put it back together. I have a real-life example of someone who didn't respect plants. It becomes a harsh, lifelong lesson that way. Your intention is everything here.

Stay safe, stay sane 🙏
