so last night i left out so xylene to evap overnight some rain water happened to get into it and im kinda concerned i could have last it all. what couold i do? i thought possibly just letting it evap the rest of a way with a fan, or possibly using heat lamps but im really not sure if that is safe. please someone help me out im a little stumped here.

any and all help is greatly greatly apreciated in my time of need

Its not a problem. Either just let it all evaporate, and at the end some water might remain and you just let it evaporate further and it will dry up, just takes a while.

But anyways why are you evaporating xylene, for pete's sake? Salt it out, good gentleman, that way you save on time, earth, resources, your nose, and your neighbour's suspicions.

Also, please next time use the thread title to describe the contents, otherwise this is a thread that only serves you, while if you use the title properly it might help someone else using the search function in the future.

you can do FASA or vinegar salting.. Both are explained in BLAB tek, as well as conversion of salts to freebase. BLAB uses FASI because with limonene FASA doesnt work, but its exactly the same except using acetone instead of IPA.
