Thanks but one last question. As powdered MHRB has become harder to get hold of, would shredded suffice?
Get Shredded and bung it in a blender till it's powdered.
Be careful where you get it and be aware that these things are most likely being watched...it's Your risk!

btw: These questions have been asked and answered hundreds of times.
We encourage you to do your research.

Use the search engine provided or Google site: dmt-nexus (question)

If you can bake a cake, you can extract DMT imo.
Having said that, please follow safe procedures!
Incorrect procedures can result in a severe injury. (eg. recrystalising with a flame or caustic burns).
As someone who has burnt through a hell of a lot of blenders, do it in small batches, and wait for the blades to cool down!
The common blender uses plastic connector between the metal blades and the motor arm.
As resistance is encountered (the bark), the plastic connector heats up...and melts to oblivion. This essentially ruins your blender! :(

I'm in UK and use the UPOL system 20 fast panel wipe. Here

it evaps cleaner than swan and ronsonol IMO. and 20 odd quid for 5L worth. Will last ages and works out much much cheaper than buying 100ml lighter fluid cans.

In the 99p store they have White vineger in 250ml bottles 5%...
There are some times that pound shops are not the best places to buy things, supermarkets will sell you a half litre for about 35p or so if my memory is serving me right.

To break the bark up nice and fine, boil it up in some water, then separate bark an water. Freeze the bark, then defrost and blend. You can reduce the tea and add it back in after the base step. It should then be much softer and easier to smash up. Dry bark, as said, will put your blender through the wringer.

My bark-chopping/grinding technique is maybe on the long and arduous side of things.

I cut down to ~1cm pieces with secateurs (wear a glove, blisters!), then grind in a coffee grinder.

I've had just as good results from simply soaking the shredded bark in NaOH for 24hrs prior to adding the polar layer. Maybe I'm just too lazy to kill blenders ;) but there's never any problem with my yields :d

Thanks everyone for all the great advice. I'm still a month or two away from being set and ready to go. Going to use that time to further swot up on the process. Love you all
