Unable to vape any more, also Elephant God!?

So, the other day I was vaping with my custom machine having loaded a lot of freebase on the mesh.
1. inhalation: weak, just got the powder molten
2. inhalation: really strong, I almost coughed but managed to hold it in
Then sh*t got real and by the time I was breathing out I was really f**ked up. However, knowing that for breakthrough one must continue to vape I still attempted to continue...
3. inhalation: I didn't sense where my pipe was nor where my mouth exactly was. I even had no idea if I put the lighter on the right place so I'm pretty sure I wasn't able to get that third hit. It was simply impossible.

So, I put away the lighter and the pipe and sit down. The moment it peaked and I blinked I saw a f**king elephant as closed eye visuals.

Also, my friend witnessed the same closed eye visuals - an elephant. That was crazy.

Anyway, my problem is that now I know that I am simply unable to get any higher dose because at some point I no longer control my hands and movements very well resulting in being unable to vape any more.

What should I do, to break through? Should I use my friend's help to assist me in the third inhalation?

i hear some have good luck by blowing their hits into a balloon and re-breathing.

the real technique is to get all 20mg or so in one breath.

I've seen a large yellow elephant during a strong ayahuasca experience before.

I remember seeing five beings with human bodies and animal heads (all of them had horns if I remember correctly) running down a field seemingly in the middle of space (on the right and left sides of the field it cut off and I could see stars and galaxies). When they reached the end of this field there was a large Persian looking palace. Inside of this palace there sitting on a large throne was a giant yellow elephant. Then I remember noticing what appeared to be little corpses dancing around in the background. That was when the elephant asked me if I wanted to join them. I told him no because the dancing corpses creeped me out and I didn't want to die.

That was about four years ago and I still regularly find myself thinking about it and wandering what would have happened if I had said yes.

Dude that's really scary and crazy. Anyway, this whole Universe thing is getting more and more bizarre. I just watched this:

(Do we live in a simulated reality?) AND the movie Source Code 2011, now I have a strong suspicion that we might actually be inside a simulator. So currently I'm trying to figure out how DMT experience fits into the Simulated Universe Theory.
