Upcoming Bufotenine Extraction - Questions

I'll be getting Cebil Seeds(~30 grams) soon and want to get ready for the extraction and then consumption.

I've checked extraction teks on wiki.

Have a few questions:
1. What is the better tek to use for the first timer?
2. Different sources(e.g. wikipedia) claim that seeds contain 12% bufotenine. How much is possible yield from that?
3. What is the better way to consume bufotenine? (smoking, sublingual, etc.)
4. Is it possible to smoke it with The Machine? (AFAIK bufo needs much more temperature to evaporate compared to dmt)

I've tried snorting the traditional Yopo snuff and I found this okay. This is very simple recipe:

- fry the seeds on pan until they pop; avoid burning them
- deshell the seeds (it's laborious but you can do that while watching movies)
- crush the seeds in mortar into a powder
- mix with lime (calcim hydroxide) about 1:2 (lime:seeds) by weight - people use various amounts of lime from just a speck to 1:1 ratio by volume
- make it into a dough-like paste, mix well few minutes
- make a tortilla-like cake and put it on plate
- let it dry slowly overnight, ideallly for 24 hours (this is to let lime react with CO2 in air to harmless calcium carbonate)
- crush the cake to powder in mortar

I snorted 600 mg (equiv. of 4 seeds) of this and regret it. It was too much for the first time and I almost panicked. 200 mg was a nice mellow dose. I guess 300-400 mg would be ideal.
It should be equivalent to like 2-4 seeds but each seed has different strength, it's hard to tell.

I also ingested the seeds orally, this time mixed with calcium carbonate (neutralizes stomach acid so the stuff is not broken down immediately). It works a bit but you have to eat excess amount of seeds (few grams) on an empty stomach. After taking lemon oil to reduce nausea.

It seems bufotenine does not decompose as quickly as DMT, allowing various methods of administration (rectal seems also promising).

I plan to perform this extraction Tek using acetone, sodium carbonate and citric acid.

I plan to vaporize it as is, then try to sniff it or its fumarate salt. Finally, I will make a bufotenine changa to be smoked via bong.

Bufotenine is quite nauseating and has high body load but makes me meditative and euphoric in the last stage of the trip.

I decided to break my seeds into several parts and try different extraction teks. I'll take pictures of the steps and post all of them in a new thread for comparison.

Already started first extraction today, decided to do follow the most simple and basic steps first.

Lets see how it goes.
