Do you mean adding rice to the bag that is colonizing? I'd recommend against doing that in general as it is easy to introduce contaminants to the spawn, though if you're careful and sterile, it is very feasible.
However, if you're just talking about reusing the bag itself, you can, but over time along with heat from sterilization the bag itself will break down and deteriorate, and as it does so creates openings for small amounts of contaminants to make their way in. Typically, it's best to use new bags each time.
