Using Banisteriopsis Caapi Caupuri Resin Extract 30:1

I was wondering what would be the usage and I am just at a starting point in my journey and I am not planning on mixing it or smoking it they recommend that I put it under my tongue would this be okay and what sort of effects will I be feeling and me being a new time users is there anything you could advise me?
