Using Syrian Rue for physical cleansing/healing

Has anyone used Syrian Rue for such a purpose? Whether it's clearing out inflammation/phlegm, reducing parasites, or as an adjunct to a cleanse/fast...

I can see/feel the vast potential for physical healing in working with / doing a kind of dieta with this plant. But I feel like I'm shooting in the dark in terms of procedure, protocol, what have you with diet and lifestyle, dosage and meal timing with Syrian Rue.

Anyone have any experience with this? Or can point me to some resources? I keep seeing that Syrian Rue has been used historically for these purposes, but I haven't seen any details about HOW. I wanna know!

Thanks,
RS

Same, I always feel like people discuss using it but theres never any methods of administration or anything haha. Maybe you just imagine taking it :d

You misunderstood/misread my post, then. I UTFSEd, for at least an hour, my friend.

I'm asking for something bordering on medical information regarding Syrian Rue. Like, ahem, a *protocol* and people's own experiences with *dietary changes* and how that interacts with their any overall lasting *physical health* benefits.

Thank you.

A protocol would be for something technical, like IV'ing. You seem to be inquiring about regimens...and numerous people have shared their regimens for various ROAs. You can even find info on intrarectal administration.

As far as dietary changes, there are myriads of threads on those too.

There are also discussions of physical and mental effects, both acute and long-term, from various RoAs. I know this because I have read and contributed to such discussions.

I won't list the myriads of additional threads that deal with your more specific requests as I don't have time at the moment, but again, Google is your friend (in this instance). Give it a shot and see what you find :)

It may be hard to find specific details because there isn't a protocol like your seeking. Everyone does their own tinkering with it, then shares; and like snozz said there is countless threads filled with that info.

You just have to dive in for yourself and see what works for you.

I'm not sure on the confusion of RAO. I'd just drink the tea and/or do an extract and take the resulting harmalas (although tea seems best for internal cleansing). I work with both, but an enema might be something to consider to if you're particularly focused on intestinal cleansing.

Harmalas/rue/caapi lend themselves well to frequent use in a wide range of dosages. I took it very frequently for both the physical and mental benefits for a long period time. Just do a google search on the specific harmalas themselves to see their possible physical health benefits in this area, as there has been many studies. Going into it I didn't have any known digestive issues so I can't really speak to that specifically, but it does seem to clean you out and could enhance your sense of physical well-being generally.

The dietary restrictions you read about online are often somewhat exaggerated but a healthy diet can do wonders (and a bad diet make them much less effective, imo, and nauseating), especially when you combine it with serious harmala/psychedelic work.
