Vape Cartridge Quality - Weak Carts?

Hello everyone, I am new here and just went through the daunting task of answering 3008 questions I couldn't answer to ask a question regarding some vape cartridges[<snip>]. I'm not new to DMT but recently new to vape cartridges. I [<snip> No sourcing!] 6 prefilled standard 510 thread vape pen tanks [<snip>] and the experience was less vibrant from what I've been used to. The best way I can describe it as is as a more subtle and relaxed experience with colorless & muted kaleidoscopic geometry. I can break through on them but it feels more internal than it does external if that makes any sense. The experience is still good but not what I am been used to in the past.

My question is could it be the tanks used? They look like your standard generic style pen carts with the 1mm aperture holes and you really need to burn and suck like <snip> to get any vape. Would transferring the juice to a better cart make any difference or could the juice itself be dosed low? I have taken low dose hits from other carts and crystals and still seen colorful vibrant worlds. I should add that I recently discovered that there are a few different types of DMT and I guess my experiences with it have only been with nn-dmt. Could these carts be 5 meo-dmt or another? Would adding some of my own crystal to the juice improve the effects if they are on the weak side or something else all together?

Any input would be appreciated before I ruin juice or waste my own product. Thanks and look forward to hearing back from every. Also, make sure to vote yes for DonkeyKongJr! =p

Obviously it would be best to ensure that you know the concentration of the juice by having prepared it yourself.

Hopefully, somebody with more experience regarding vape pen tanks will chime in soon because there's nothing I can add on that matter.

It would in principle be perfectly feasible to increase the concentration of DMT in the juice by adding more yourself, although this kind of circles back to the first point since you've ended up essentially having to prepare your own juice at this point.

Ditto as regards the identity of the substance used, although it's far more likely to be DMT and basically extremely unlikely to be 5-MeO-DMT in there. If you want to know the identity of the compound(s) in your juice, you'll have to send it for analysis at somewhere like Dancesafe, Energy Control, or maybe our very own Solaris Analytical. Reagent testing kits will give a fair indication if used in the right combination, as will careful use of a TLC test kit.

Hi ! In the past, I've had some "unnatural" DMT feelings and experiences, not with preloaded cartridges, but with self made juice on a classic clearomizer. The visuals, especially the CEV, where poor, low contrast, and the inner feeling was strange, not as 'usual'. I concluded it was related to the fact that my DMT was almost burning on a clogged coil, probably due to excessive temperature and/or too concentrated juice. The taste associated with those weird DMT feelings was easily recognizable, kind of burnt caramel. In this situation, the juice that remained in the clearo tended to fade to brown after one or two days. Now I know that when this particular taste appears, it means my coil is clogged due to overheat, and the more the juice is concentrated, the more this could happen. To prevent this, my solution is : lowering the temperature/power, decreasing the concentration. This solved the problem (I saw it as a problem and not as an alternative and normal effect of DMT).
