Hello all,

I just purchased a standard vapor genie (not glass) and wondered how many steel mesh screens are needed to prevent the liquid dmt from melting through. The genie came with 2 extra screens but im not sure this will keep the liquid in place.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Goodday Sir,

Swim believes most people use it with Changa not for DMT alone, Swim could imagine when air goes through so would liquid dmt. Swim believes your best option is too use layers so the layer absorbs the dmt and then vaporizes it.

There is no need for you to make changa, on the forum is a thread that explains the techniques like ash layer.

Hope this awnsers your question.

If you want to use only crystals then use a quartz banger to dab it, you can take huge its all at once rather than multiple tokes.

For my VG I use 2-3 screens and then place the DMT on some herb like mullein or mint and then the dmt melts on to the herb. If no herb it will sink to the bottom through the screen. Ash is just grotty

i've had problems with screens, it just did not work that good.
if you can not find concentrate pad from VG you could also use any other liquid pad for vaporizers and just cut it down to fit into the VG - works really well for me

If you can find one, try and get yourself a ceramic filter, and layer that under a grouping of normal silver screens.

And of course, always watch the proximity of the flame-- all too often a large part of the problem. If none of these options are germane, then just run the sandwich technique and just use the screens you currently have. Works quite well.

(Or, and this is really the best option... just infuse in onto some leaf at even ratio. Easy blastoff.)
