Something interesting just happened.

I redissolved some DMT (that i freeze precipitated from naphta) in Acetoneand put it in a saucer. I swirled it gently and then left it to evaporate.

Now in the central part of the saucer (where you put the cup) there are white crystals surrounded by a ring of piss yellow crystals.

Im not sure how this happened, but my guess is that the yellow oils have a higher viscosity than DMT when dissolved in Acetone which made them flow more slowly to the middle the saucer after the swirling.

I will try this again to make sure it wasnt a coincidence. Maybe this could be a new way to purify dmt...

I have also dissolved non-recrystallized spice in acetone for making changa... and it also made yellow oil. The whole lot was mixed in with 10x caapi leaf and made a really awesome changa.

The yellow stuff is very active.

(Disclaimer: I am no chemist and can only speak of experience)

actually what im talking about that during the evaporation process the yellow oils separated from the white dmt. I'll try to post a picture later...
