Hello Blizzard,I have to say that SWIY experience was very similar to SWIM. SWIM specifically relates to the sound as it was overwhelming. SWIM had tried spice two or three times before with varying results. Mostly low dose and mildly visual but no sounds at all. The first time SWIM took a long slow drag and held it in he/she was overtaken by the intense red/brown/orange geometric patterns that were accompanied by an incredible noise. Also, SWIM had decided to try to have some light meditation music in the background going. What a strange sensation and ultimately a bad idea. The music was stuck on a loop the whole time or so it seemed. It was initially very alarming and scary. SWIM felt like they were stuck in a loop as well. It wasn't until SWIM said "it's OK, it's OK, it's OK" that the loop stopped. It initially really scared him/her. SWIM was initially thinking OMG SWIM is never going to do this again. SWIM certainly must have extracted wrong was another thought that came to his/ her mind. However, thee moment that SWIM said it's ok there was a warm gentle flooding of his/her body with electrical water. Does this make sense? Then the nervous feelings were over and could hear himself/herself gentlly moaning/humming hmmmm, hmmmm and it was so peaceful and reassuring to make this sound. SWIM is a 40 year Male/Female who has had a handful of psychedelic experiences...ALL have been good to great. This first real look into the world of spice has rocked the very foundation of reality for him/her. When SWIM came out of it, it had the distinct feeling of a bad dream that causes you to wake up. You remember that you had a /crazy/bad dream, but can't remember what it was about.SWIM is planning on posting this first experience as soon as SWIM is able to. SWIM journaled the experience and is still editing for clarity purposes. Thanks for your post. It has made SWIM realize they are on the right track. SWIM is also very excited about future journeys based on the postings of others on this amazing site.Peace and Blessings,CC
