Water overload

I just recently had a jar full of dmt extraction (I was at the point of adding the naphtha) break in a bucket of warm water and now my entire batch is heavily diluted. I tried to cook off some of the water to continue on but the result was a sandy tannish red color rather than the more typical yellowish color. It also does not seem to be quite as strong from what I can tell. I still have a substantial amount of diluted dmt left and was hoping there was an easier way to get rid of the excess water and hopefully salvage the yield.

You can just split up the excess volume into portions and run extractions on each portion. Evaporating water from basic solutions is not optimal and can be problematic.
