Hi to All,I just registered to the Nexus because I smoked DMT first time in my life about an hour ago.I tried some other psychedelics before like lsd,2c-p,2c-e and nbomes.I think DMT is very smilar to 2c-p and e.But it kicked me really hard in 10 seconds,it was 40-45 mg I think.And I felt thre is something very important in there,in here or everywhere.I was a materialist before started to explore psychedelics but now...I don't know.I still don't believe the god or something like that but things are definitely not simple as I think before.I totally forgot myself in the begining of trip..who I am or what I was.And then I saw snakes moving and moving intertwined and people like things(like faceless models) inside the walls of a pit or hole.I haven't scared much but I didn't feel comfortable too.I just felt myself unimportant.But what are these snakes?I'm seeing them in many of my trips and I saw them with DMT too...what are they or who are they?Why I am seeing them?

I've seen a variety of snakes from anacondas to cobras to smaller snakes. It's clear that they're not just phosphene hallucinations or something of the sort because of their intricate scales, forked tongues...the works. What they are or why they are there is unclear. I've seen a variety of animals on DMT including snakes, lions and horses. Mythologically snakes are often the symbols of death and rebirth as they shed their skin.
Thank you Global.And I remember something else a while ago,I saw a fetus in the begining of the trip and I tought this may be me,I mean my own birth beacuse I've read this kinds of things before.Actually I've seen this snakes before with 2c-p and 2c-e.Sometimes colorful and sometimes like real but they weren't colorful like a rainbow with DMT,they were just like very real like you said,I guess I saw anaconda or python.And I didn't see the things much colorful with DMT generally.Patterns and shapes were very colorful with phenetylamines but they were different,more colder with DMT.I'he seen just snakes,dragons and other reptiles on psychedelics,haven't seen any other kind of animal.I haven't got a phobia by the way,I can touch snakes and reptiles but I don't like them much.
Snakes, as well as lions, dragons, etc., are important symbols in your mind that are representative of certain things. For instance over time people have used dragons as a symbol of knowledge. A simple internet search can yield some good results on the subject.
Your mind uses symbols to represent certain types of energy. Even though many people are unaware of this it is actually quite simple. When you dream of climbing a ladder for instance, your mind is using the ladder as a symbol because, whether you realize it or not your mind expresses the way it feels about going higher or climbing through the symbol of a ladder. Only you can be sure what they mean to you but it could be an expression of your desire to become smarter by going higher for instance. The same concept applies while on DMT except that the symbols you are experiencing are representative of certain types of energy throughout the universe. These are living beings and even though you communicate with all kinds of these entities on a regular basis and don't know it, these are living beings that you perceive as symbols because that is what DMT allows you to do.
When we encounter these entities while not on DMT I believe we don't recognize them as being living beings and we think of them as forces of influence on our lives that we assume comes from ourselves. This is partially theory but I have good reason to believe it is true.

the other night i took a toke of dmt.
three little beings appeared with grimacing faces.
one was to the left of me one in front and one to the right.
they seemed mischievous and kept on freezing when i tried to concentrate on them.
these beings, mischievous elves if you will surrounded me but i think they meant no harm.
the one on my right dived into my stomach to see if what he had done in a earlier experience had worked!
(the week before i had took a toke and felt a very warm glow on the left side of of my stomach.not red hot but hot.i felt that the beings where healing that particular problem)
for about a week my stomach had no issues after that encounter.
so as i said one was to the left.one in front and one having a peek.
these three seemed like cartoon characters.
then things changed.
all the ceiling became whispy,a glow of yellow whisp.
the elves if you will froze.
a holographic snake appeared intwining upon itself,like the mobious strip it was just entwinwing and whirling upon it self.
then a head appeared,slowly seemed to come close then shoot off to the right.
i felt that it had inspected me.
but was indifferent.
i felt that the snake had a power or control or respect of the other beings.
the snake went.but there was a glow in the room of yellow,whispery smoke.
i tried to touch and connect to it.my fingers infused with the smoke.
sub breakthrough?i don,t know.
being,s i don,t know.

I've never seen elves with DMT or something else.Maybe it's related with culture.But yes I've seen rotating,folding,swirling snakes,other reptiles like crocodile and lizards many times.I've also seen Ouroborus many times.So maybe some visions are coming from subconscious(like elves) and some are universal(like Ouroborus or snakes and also hieroglyph like things,patterns and letters).

HAha thinking about it makes me laugh, but those little elves sound nuts! Never seen or experienced something like that.

A lot of times I get what seems like a snake wrapped around my head and can feel it squeezing and pushing against my face. Still haven't figured out what it means

I have never seen a typical cartoon elf in hyperspace,but elfs of their own self transforming construction like machines.
Tricksters,clowns elfs, shapeshifters,they dont come in a fixed body, they are constantly changing from one being to the other in a cosmic dance.like the Gods.
In my opinion, no one can tell you what symbols in your trips and dreams mean. Nor do I believe they are there with a very specific message. It's what you take away from the trip/dream that matters, your own interpretation.
Pay attention to your mind as you trip, as you reflect, you may start to notice patterns or familiarities. Take note of the way you feel when you see these things and the way you feel after. This is how I have learned to communicate with psychedelics.

Snakes represent the "Double Helix" ... Your DNA
Serpents symbolize our most base. and simple desire/lust - as well as fertility and health
According to the shamans they protect the stairway (looks like a double helix too) from our earthly realm to the heavenly realm.
The serpents I see are usually large AZTEC styled snakes with DRAGON like heads and see-saw teeth. THey love to grimace and show you their powerful jaws, but they are a gaurdian over you, and of everything good.
