what is this cloudy thing and should dmt be like this?

1)See on this picture there is beside the spice some cloudy stuff,is that oil from the spice?(Powder when scraping it off)

2)Just around the crystals there is some "sticky" translucent goo that couldnt dry out,what is that?When taking up crystals the spice got stucked in it?
