I'm getting into chanting.
My favorite one is "Nam Myoho Renge Kyo".
I learned it in a documentary about Tina Turner. She left and overcame an abusive relationship with Buddhism and chanting. She realized her dream and became a star in her own right and into her 50s.
It is dedicating yourself to the Lotus Sutra. The Lotus Sutra is about learning the laws of the universe and realizing your true self. It is for manifestation and major transformation.
I do it on harmalas and ganja and I feel a lot of shifting. It is very transformative. When chanting it it has gotten to the point where it feels like I am saying a blessing over myself.
There is also a two hour YouTube of her chanting it, which I enjoy.
*I am interested in learning more chants. What is your favorite mantra and how has it worked for you?*
P.S.
I have also been doing Qi Gong daily and it has been lifechanging. I will make a post about that eventually...

It has always been important to me to be compassionate and kind. This mantra is a reinforcement of those ideals in my mind.
